Cosmic Chakra Yoga combines gentle yoga poses, arm movements, breath, Mudra’s and visualization to open and expand the energy bodies, clear the auric field and chakra's, while helping to relax the physical body.
This is a HOW TO class, where you will learn different energy management techniques. The class is customized to you and your fitness level, understanding of the energy bodies and Yoga. Class time: 60 - 70 minutes.
