Life is truly an experience, where we can have many ups and downs over the years.  As a result, many of us have developed coping mechanisms, and or repetitive thoughts, beliefs, habits, emotions, issues and patterns, which are often an indication of conscious or subconscious, unresolved emotional issues, manifesting themselves into our experience. 

These patterns and or unresolved issues always have a root cause, which usually begins in our early childhood between zero to six years of age.  This early time in our life is when we are creating our core emotional programming, which becomes the foundation of our emotional experiences for our lifetime. 

We also can find our most authentic self within these early years, our Inner Child, our Core Heart.  When you work directly with the root cause, you have a better opportunity to bring the issue into resolution, understanding and balance.

These beliefs and patterns can also come from experiences we have had from our past, present, future, cosmic or even life between life times and also from any unresolved, unprocessed and repressed/unexpressed feelings and emotions from this lifetime or even another lifetime! 

To access others timelines and lifetimes, we can look into our Akashic records to help us find some resolutions!  When combined with Intuitive Metaphysical Counseling, it's a helpful and effective way to bring unresolved issues into resolution and balance.

 All Core Heart Center sessions are customized and intuitively tailored specifically for you, and are a mix of both metaphysical consulting, and energy healing and shifting.  The focus is on assisting you in reconnecting and establishing a strong, solid bond with your Core Heart Center.  We also focus on helping you reclaim your authentic empowerment and natural, sovereign state through a variety of different holistic techniques. 

These sessions are best suited for someone who is open, ready, willing and able to do the work they need to do, to get where they want to be. Your results are entirely dependent on WHAT you choose to do and what you choose to address in these sessions.  It's all about empowering you to make your own choices, create your own outcomes, choose your own destiny along with living in your authentic heart space.  Sometimes we just need someone to help give us some direction or new ideas.

Without a strong vibration match, the session is not as effective. If not, I will refer to another Practitioner who I feel can be of service.

Core Heart Connection Empowerment Sessions

Core Heart Center Connection: This session is designed to help you identify your natural and authentic state of being, and assists you in reestablishing your sacred connection to your authentic heart space! We all come into this World with a core state of being, that links us to our most authentic self  and Core Heart Center, ( Inner child). 

Knowing this core state of being is key in developing our self mastery, self love and balance for this life. We may work with unresolved emotional issues and or blocks that may be getting in the way of opening your Heart to the truth of your Self.

Shifting Your Timeline: In this session, we identify possible past, present or our future lifetimes (timelines/ records) that needs some review and resolution. Every experience we have is stored as an energetic record in our auric field, which for all practical purposes, is a living library.

By looking at these lifetimes, we can address some of the core, unresolved issues, soul contacts and akashic records that need resolution and shifting. Healing energetically is a layer by layer process. We release, what we are no longer a frequency match to and bring in, what we are a frequency match to. This is why, we often have to address an issue, ( record) multiple times, even if we are working with the core root issue.
