Finding a person who you totally vibe with is so important when you are choosing a reader or energy practitioner!! It's not a one size fits all world and thank goodness for that! As Yoda Says, "Trust your feelings" when making the choice. As for me and my reading style, I am very much the straight - forward tell it like it is type who prefers to guide people, rather than tell them what to do. I choose to help others by giving them information which can help empower them to make their own choices and decisions! I like to give people a comfortable, safe platform to explore their options, decisions and their feelings if they so choose. As for the Reiki energy sessions, I mostly practice Reiki with the "hands off" technique ( this is hand placement just above the body a few inchs) and let you choose how talkactive you would like the session to be. Sessions are designed to be as peaceful and relaxing as possible, with the sincere hope that you emerge, feeling lighter, freer and more joyful. :)

About me: I am a very down to earth, easy going, talkative Libra. I love animals, nature, reading and movies! I am an advocate for animal rights and environmental issues, two of my greatest passions, besides helping and teaching others! I have spent most all of my adult life (since my early 20's and I am now 46ish) studing metaphysical, natural health and healing topics such as crystals, chakras, energy work, astrology, tarot, numerology, herbology, aromatherapy, Reiki, angels, and the list goes on. I am currently working towards certication in several areas: color therapy, aromatherapy, flower essences,and aura balancing. Meet my fur children, Leo and Babys Class. Leo is my 9 year old snoodle who thinks he is a human boy. He is a very emotional Cancer, who is very gentle and loving! Grace AKA Babys is my 4 year old toy poodle who is a bit of a pistol. :) She is a fiesty little Virgo, ( who knew?) who does her own thing and loves to play! They both have their Reiki Level 1 attunement and are always with me. They are both big bundles of joy, who love people and are a blast to be around!

About 6 years ago, I decided I wanted to do more than just readings to help people. I was very interested in Reiki, which I had been a recipent of, many years prior. I can still remember how utterly amazed I was at how much better I felt after recieving a very short 5 minute Reiki session. I knew then, that one day I wanted to study to become a Reiki Master. The opportunity to learn finally came about 10 years later! My first course was via a manual and I recieved my attunements long distance. My 2nd course was taken in July 2010 where I got to take a hands on course for Reiki 1 & 2 at Peace Place here in Sedona. What a fablous experience! And In September of 2010, I recieved my certification in the Reiki-Seichim Techinque. This Spring, I completed a class in Animal Reiki and recieved my Chakra Therapist Certification. And I just completed Reiki Master training -AGAIN - at Peace Place this July 2011 and now will be teaching Reiki 1,2 ART/Master and Animal Reiki. I truly love Reiki and love practicing it! :)
